Randy Doucette Custom Oddity Bowie Flipper with a Fire Carbon Fiber/Bolstered handle and a satin finished premium CPM-10V tool steel blade. This badass bowie utilizes one of the toughest, most wear-resistant tool steels available. Balance, fit ‘n finish and blade seating are top notch Doucette. Brand new direct from maker.

The Blade: The hand compound-ground bowie blade is single edged, upper swedged and rides on a caged ball bearing pivot system for fiery flipping action. Being a flipper, the blade forms a natural lower finger guard with dual notched thumb rests on the spine. The satin finish on this piece is absolutely stellar. Crazy sharp, gorgeous grinds as always from Randy here. The detent does lean towards the stronger side and may be a bit harder to overcome for novice flippers.

The Handle: Polished fire carbon fiber scales have an insane amount of shredded fibers jumping off the handle. They are secured via titanium hardware to the anodized titanium frame meeting flawlessly with the Ti bolster. Fully tactical handle shape is ergonomic for ultimate control in the forward or reverse grip and a great well balanced feel in hand. A treaded titanium backspacer completes construction on the Oddity Bowie finished off with a hand-sculpted Titanium pocket clip for tip up carry.

Included on this piece is an attached black lanyard with an incredibly finely detailed custom Alien bead.
