The Natchez Bowie from Cold Steel has that traditional old time look but made with modern 21st Century materials. Made with precision with strength and edge retention that rivals Cold Steels famous Japanese swords.
The Blade: Bowie blade has significant heft that can chop with a sharp piercing tip. Made from high carbon steel that is over a quarter inch thick at the tang. Heat treated and Mar Tempered for toughness and edge retention.
The Handle: Full brass guard with one piece coffen shaped black linen micarta handle and finished with a brass pommel.
The Sheath: Secure-Ex molded sheath with bolt-on nylon belt loop with retaining strap with snap closure.
